1 General Terms & Conditions

77fbb (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all products, services, and sections of 77fbb and have been drawn up in compliance with Bangladeshi law and international online gaming regulations.

By using the 77fbb platform, you confirm that you:

• At least 18 years of age and eligible to participate in online betting under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are using this platform of your own free will and with full awareness.

2 Account Registration

To open an account with 77fbb, you must register with accurate and complete information. Each person may only maintain one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

The following details must be provided accurately at the time of registration:

• Full name (as it appears on your national ID or passport)
• Date of birth (may be required for verification)

• Preferred Payment Method

3 Age Verification & KYC Process

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳5,00,000 (for verified accounts)
• Standard processing time: 5–30 minutes (bKash/Nagad); 1–3 business days for bank transfers
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from bonus balance

5 Bonus & Promotions Terms

77fbb regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are clearly stated on the relevant offer page. General bonus policies are outlined below:

Welcome Bonus

• New users will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit
• A wagering requirement (typically 10x–30x) must be completed before a bonus can be used
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of claiming the bonus, or the bonus will be forfeited

6 Betting Rules

77fbb offers a wide range of betting options including Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games. While each section has its own specific rules, the following general rules apply to all:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless 77fbb specifically provides a Cash-Out option.
• If a match or event is postponed, cancelled, or incomplete, bets will be settled in accordance with 77fbb's rules.
• For odds changes, the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed will apply.
• If any odds are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, 77fbb reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Placing multiple bets on the same outcome in a single event simultaneously (Arbing) is strictly prohibited.

For live betting, 77fbb reserves the right to suspend betting at any time and review any bet deemed suspicious.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77fbb platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and, where applicable, legal action:

• Match Fixing or Fraud: Any form of match fixing, use of insider information, or fraudulent betting.
• Money Laundering: Using 77fbb for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits or defraud the platform.
• Hacking or Use of Software: Using bots, automated software, or hacking tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing False Information: Submitting false or forged documents during registration or the KYC process.
• Underage Account Registration: Opening an account for anyone under 18 or facilitating their participation.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

77fbb believes gaming should be a source of entertainment — not financial stress or addiction. That's why we have dedicated measures in place to protect our users:

9 Account Closure & Suspension Policy

77fbb reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is violated
• If KYC verification fails or false information is found
• If any suspicious or fraudulent transaction is detected
• Upon court order or request by law enforcement authorities
• If the user requests account closure

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user, though payments may be held pending investigation. Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time — contact our support team to do so.

10 Changes & Updates to Terms

77fbb reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes:
